Full Installation Service
Site inspection and safe isolation of existing hot water system
Careful removal and off-site disposal of old cylinder
Supply and installation of all required compliant valves
Complete hot water pipework using copper and Buteline PEX as required
Connection to existing drain point (within 2 metres of unit location)
Electrical installation by licensed electrician
New dedicated circuit from switchboard
Local isolator installed
Standard compliant electrical setup included
Full system testing and commissioning
Final clean-up and handover
Exclusions:
Builder’s work including cupboard modifications
Tapware replacement or servicing where existing fixtures are incompatible
Fixing pre-existing plumbing issues
Roof flashings
Landscaping works
Switchboard upgrades, circuit protection changes, or RCD/MCB replacements required for compliance

Any required upgrades due to existing non-compliant electrical systems will be treated as a variation and quoted separately.
